( haha I look like crap it was SOOO hot out today!)
Today I met up with Samantha from Navy Doll & Brittney from A Day in the life of a Navy Wife and we had a blast at the beach. We stayed out for quite some time until I started to turn into a lobster & Samantha's adorable baby girl passed out in her arms.

Once brittney and I got back to her house we talked for what felt like hours, but I think it was really only about two, we have a lot in common and we had a great time talking. We talked about our hubbies and how they also might have a lot in common, and we talked about our past. Then we came upon the subject of how similar our husbands look. They have the same skin tone, eye color, & they even sort of have the same smile!
I still miss my Daddycakes like mad crazy but at least I can say I have made some great friends who are making the days go by so much faster. I can't wait for him to come home so that he can meet Brittney's hubby I think they will get along very well. I got another email today and was promised another tonight, and poems soon as well! YAY me! I can't wait for those there's nothing in the world as good as his words.
haha!! Yes, they are long lost twins!! lol! I'm so excited for them to meet and for our double date!! :) today was awesome and I really enjoyed talking to you and getting to know you better! You're awesome girly!!

I'm so glad we all went out! I really hope you guys get to meet my hubby too when he comes back. We'll be moving shortly after, but we should all go out one night. I know he'll love to meet the lovely ladies I have bonded with.

I remember the early days of my relationship his sailing killed me. How long is your man gone for? Working kept me busy. I was going to suggest it, but it seems like your keeping yourself busy! I never met any military wives, as I was only and couple of hours from home which I think hurt me as I'd go home and visit or my friends would come to me and I never took the time to meet women who knew what I was going thru.
